Victor is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Kevin and Debbi Halela. He was predeceased by his daughter, Stacy Halela, A"H. He is also lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Samantha Halela (Patrick Miller) and Jake Halela, and by his great grandson, Nolan Miller.
