Ellen Kotkin
Ellen Kotkin was buried at the Seattle Sephardic Brotherhood on July 4, 2025.
Ellen was preceded in death by her husband Dr. Frederick Kotkin a'h and her son Jonathan Maser a'h. Ellen is survived by her daughter Rachel Kotkin. She is also survived by her sister Jackie Simon and brother Ron Simon.
