Bureka Potato filling

3 C potato flakes(buds) (5 oz = 1 c) 15 oz
3 C water(milk) (8 oz = 1 c) 24 oz
4 eggs(well beaten or 8 whites 7 oz
1 C romano cheese 5 oz
1 C feta cheese 5 oz
1/4 T pepper _____
56 oz

Boil water. Mix all ingredients together.
